Kyle Seibolt is the Vice President of Product Management at Rebellion Defense where he drives the Product Vision and shapes the next generation of products and capabilities, leading innovation and funneling customer feedback into our portfolio. Kyle is a seasoned product, strategy, and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience leading teams and driving impact for high performance organizations.

Before joining Rebellion, Kyle led product, innovation, strategy, and program management teams for Samsara and Dell Technologies. He also formerly advised Fortune 500 clients on product and technology strategies as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Kyle has previously led US Army infantry and Special Forces’ military intelligence teams through multiple combat deployments, as well as serving in leadership roles for the Defense Intelligence Agency and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.

Kyle holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from New York University. He has been recognized with Dell’s Chairman and Champion awards, and US Army Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medals.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys skiing, mountain biking, sailing, mentoring transitioning veterans, and serving as Lieutenant Colonel and Assistant Professor for Strategy and Leadership at the US Army’s Command and General Staff College.
