Before joining Rebellion, Howard was a Managing Director at Accenture where he was instrumental in the growth of Accenture’s work with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. His strengths are integrating sales and delivery, technology and people, commercial and federal, to deliver complex missions. He is known for helping people get out of their comfort zones to explore what’s possible with emerging technology to create pragmatic, yet game-changing solutions at scale.

Howard is recognized for his contributions to the DoD/IC marketplace on acquisition innovation and as a board member for INSA (Intelligence and National Security Alliance). Howard earned a BA from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in International Studies and Psychology. He is based in Washington, DC with his wife and two sons.
